Refund Policy
When you buy something from us, we always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in original condition, have not been opened or used, within 14 days from the date of delivery for that item. All items will be reviewed individually upon return, and make sure to include a copy of your receipt so we can verify your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Process
Once you have contacted us at info@hiwcbd.co.uk. and your return request has been accepted, you will receive a email with details of where to return your item. Please ensure you return your item in appropriate packaging with adequate postage.
We recommend you use a secure or trackable method of postage.
Remember to keep your proof of postage in a safe place. The products and their condition remain your responsibility until we receive them. Once we receive your package, you will be sent a confirmation email, and the refund process will commence.
The products you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage. We at Health Is Wealth CBD cannot be held responsible for any items returned in error.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void, and the item(s) will be returned to you. Unless you are returning a faulty item, our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Health Is Wealth CBD is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
